Great tour, lots of new discoveries and knowledgeable entertaining guide

It was a great tour of the various culinary delights of Rome. Our guide Giuliano led us on an entertaining tour in localities that we alone would not have found. We tasted smoothies, pizza, espresso, pasta and gelato in small original Roman family shops. For lovers of traditional Italian cuisine! A Tip: Good English skills are an advantage.

Great food walk in Rome!

We weren't absolutely full at the end, but the tastings were very interesting and diverse taken from various spots in the historic centre, i.e. close to the Pantheon and Navona Square. Our guide, Giuliano, was an expert foodie he really knew his stuff and we were very grateful to spend several hours in his esteemed company. Get a taste of Rome!

English-speaking tour with good information about Italian food

We enjoyed all the typical Italian things like pizza, pastas, tiramisu, then really new and tasty delights. Our host gave us alot of background information about Rome too.

Very good food walk in Rome

We had a great time with guide Giuliano, expert guide of Roman history and expert foodie too. This was similar to a tour we took in Prague, a mix of local history and gelerous food portions but actually better. He knew everywhere and everything we walked by he could talk about it in read detail. Outstanding!

A real taste of Rome!

Back in May I took this tour with the very good and nice guide Giuliano! After meeting us at Piazza Mattei, Giuliano explained that many restaurants & cafes were closed due to it being May day. We started the tour, and what a tour! Fantastic, informative, joyous and tasty (even if some places were closed). We had a wonderful four hours with Giuliano - history, good talks, tasty bites to eat and drinks too - Thank you!

We ate what the Romans do!

We met our guide Giuliano at piazza Mattei for a fantastic 3 hour eating tour through the very centre of Rome. Delicious food in places that we had certainly not found by ourselves. From the memorable pizza slices of different kinds, oven baked at Campo di Fiori and eaten at the benches in front of Palazzo Farnese with Chinotto to drink, to finally the delicious Granita and gelato. Everything was excellent. During this 3 hour walk Giuliano also gave us a very knowledgeable historic lesson of both modern and antique Rome. Thanks to Giuliano this was a perfect end of our short week in Rome. We will come back again and again.
